DUTIES : The applicant must be able to: Deliver monitor maintenance and repairs to facilities
and equipment. Conduct regular inspections throughout the college and compile
maintenance programme. Compile list of equipment required and hand it at QM.
Execute the maintenance task per priority and requirements. Compile a report and
hand in at QM. Create a maintenance register and keep up to date.
