How To Update Contact Details For Sassa SRD R350 Grant

SASSA clients are requested to provide correct contact details when applying for any SASSA grant. They say , when applying for any SASSA grant, clients/applicants must provide the correct contact details , such as email address and phone number to enable SASSA to communicate better with them.

For the SASSA SRD grant , SASSA mostly uses applicants’ phone numbers to let the client know when they can collect their money.

Here is how to update SASSA SRD R350 grant contact details

1. Click Here to go to SASSA SRD website 
2. Scroll down to “How do I change my contact details“
3. Click on the yellow bar written “click here to change your cell phone number and/or email address”
4. Enter your ID number
5. Enter your Application ID
6. Click “Submit” 
7. Enter your Email Address if you have one 
8. Enter your cell phone number
9. Click “Submit”
10. Choose a reason for changing your cell phone number 
11. Enter the One Time Pin (OTP) you receive via SMS
12. Click “Submit”

How To Find my Sassa SRD R350 Grant Application ID

1. Click Here to go to SASSA SRD website 
2. Scroll to “Application status” 
3. Click on the yellow bar written “click here to check online”
4. Enter your ID number
5. Enter your old cell phone number 
6. Your Application ID will then appear
